Officers Onboard during WWII

It appears someone asked for a roster of the officers who served
on board the Laffey during WWII.
There are a couple of names that are completely foreign to me. I suspect they
were on board for
only a short time and I didn't get to know them. The
format of this page isn't the greatest,
but at least it serves the purpose of documenting the original officers.
