USS Laffey Association is a group of men and women who want to preserve and maintain the historic destroyer, USS Laffey (DD-724) – now a museum ship moored at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum in Mt Pleasant, SC.
With the staff at Patriots Point, we preserve and maintain the ship, its records, memories, letters, photos, videos, etc. We meet numerous times for a work party aboard the ship. We also gather every year for a reunion and memorial service. We honor all who served and support the USS Laffey.

Who’s Who at Patriots Point
Patriots Point Development Authority (PPDA) is the entity that owns the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum complex: www.PatriotsPoint.org
The Yorktown Foundation ( USSYorktownFoundation.org ) and the Patriots Point Foundation ( www.PatriotsPointFoundation.org ) both provide funding for projects at the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum.
The Yorktown Association ( www.USSYorktown.org ) is the equivalent of our Association, for former crewmembers of the USS Yorktown.
